• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.

The 7sjili platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 7sjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
