These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7sjili ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7sjili website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 7sjili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 7sjili website at https://7sjili.org, its mobile application, and all related services, features, and content.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by 7sjili.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 7sjili before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To register and use the 7sjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 7sjili does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or accessing any gaming service.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7sjili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by action of 7sjili.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 7sjili Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 7sjili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 7sjili uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited at 7sjili's sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7sjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 7sjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

7sjili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7sjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 7sjili does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used. 7sjili reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet their applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• 7sjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5.4 Transaction Fees

7sjili does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7sjili bears no responsibility.

7sjili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 7sjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds have a validity period. Any Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 7sjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent Account suspension.

All bets placed on the 7sjili Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 7sjili system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific bet.
• 7sjili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an obvious error in odds, lines, or game data. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIBA, UFC, or the relevant sports federation) will be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at any time.
• 7sjili reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7sjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of any game or sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 7sjili immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7sjili staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform or its content.

All content on the 7sjili Platform — including but not limited to the 7sjili brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 7sjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7sjili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7sjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7sjili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7sjili will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall 7sjili's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7sjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7sjili implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 7sjili cannot guarantee absolute data security.

7sjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

7sjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

7sjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7sjili will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 7sjili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
